Update

[2] Where can I find the update information?


Check all the updates for My Little Paradise in the App Store using your device.
-A description of the latest game updates will be in the New Features section.
- All the previous game update information will be available in the Version Records section of the App Store or in Display All Versions of iTunes.




[1] How can I update the game?


iOS:
1. Open the App Store from the device.
2. Tap the Update icon at the bottom panel.
3. Available updates will be displayed on the list. Tap the Update button right next to the update description to download the update.
※ If you cannot update the game with the method described above, please read the following.
1) Type My Little Paradise in the search bar of the App Store and try updating the game.
2) If you cannot see any updates, open the update tab of the App Store and pull the screen downward to refresh it.
Android:
1. Open the Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner, and then My applications and games.
3. Find the game name in the list and tap it.
4. Tap Update when the game page opens. You can also adjust your device settings to automatically download updates for the apps you have installed:
1. Open the Play Store app.
2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner.
3. Go to the Settings section.
4. Tap Auto-update apps.
5. Choose one of the following:
- Auto-update apps at any time. Updates will be downloaded via both Wi-Fi and your mobile network.
- Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only. Updates will only start downloading when your device has a Wi-Fi connection.

Please follow the instructions below if the game doesn’t work. ▶ Delete your game data (※ Important) Settings - Application - My Little Paradise - Storage - Delete Data and open the game app again ▶ Free up space until you have at least 800MB free space and download / update / reopen the game ▶ Update Google Play Games: Play Store - Search for ‘google play games’ - Install or update the game ▶ Remove the game and reinstall it Caution! Game Progress

[1] How can I save my game progress with Play Game - Android ?


To save your game progress with Android you need: - To choose your Play game's account (make sure that it is the same account in My Little Paradise and Google Play). - Turn ON "sign to games with this account". If My Little Paradise has established an internet connection, your progress will be saved automatically. Your game data will not be deleted, even if you remove or reinstall the game. We recommend also synchronizing your game progress with your SNS account which is linked with the game. The current version of the game supports Facebook. If you log in with your SNS account, your game progress will be synchronized automatically. Caution! Your game progress can only be transferred from an Android device to an iOS device through Facebook SNS. Please contact the customer support center if you haven’t linked your town with your SNS and are trying to continue or restore your game progress.




[5] My resort is gone. How can I restore it?


If you have linked to the supported SNS (please see ‘How can I save my game progress?’), you can restore your game progress.
1. Delete the game and download / reinstall it from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Link the game with the SNS account you were using.
3. Select the existing town and enter the code in the notification window.
If the problem persists, please send the following information to the customer support center: - Resort Name, My User ID, PlayGame Profile (Google) or GameCenter Nickname (iOS).




[4] How to load my previous resort with Facebook?


If you want to load your previous resort that was linked to your Facebook account, here’s how to do it: 1. Download and install the latest version of the game from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Run the game app and complete the tutorial.
3. Tap Options - ‘Not connected with Facebook.’ A login pop-up will open.
4. Enter the username and password of the Facebook account you want to link with your resort.
* If you’ve reached Step 4, 5-1 or 5-2 might happen.
5-1. If you’re linking your Facebook account with the game for the first time or there’s no resort linked to the account, the account will be linked to the current resort.
5-2. If your Facebook account is already linked to a resort, you can choose 5-2-1 or 5-2-2.
5-2-1. Select Link to link the account to the current resort, discarding the previous resort.
5-2-2. Select Load to load the resort which was previously linked to the current device.
6. If you see the ‘Connected with Facebook’ button in Options, your resort has been connected with your Facebook account. ※ Important: Game progress can be sent between iOS and Android devices only via Facebook. If there’s a problem while following the instructions above, please send the information listed below to the customer support center:
1. The OS of your device.
2. Your Resort Name, My User ID, PlayGame Profile (Google) or GameCenter Nickname (iOS).
3. Whether the game has been linked with your SNS or not and the name of that SNS.




[6] Can I share the same resort among several devices?


Only if your town is linked with one of the supported SNS. And there are more conditions for that.
- The game version on each device must be up to date.
- Cross-platform synchronization is only available between iOS and Android. (e.g. not available for iPad and Mac)
Please follow the description below to synchronize your game data among your devices.
1. Install the game on each device and log in.
2. Check if the device is connected to the internet and that the connection is stable.
3. Link the game with the identical SNS account which you used on your first device.
4. A notification window will be displayed saying that the game is downloading your saved game from the server.
5. Enter a code on the code entry section. Your game progress will be transferred. Caution! The game progress on the new device will be overwritten by the downloaded saved file. If you want to continue the progress on your new device without synchronizing your previous data, link the game with a new SNS account which has not been linked with the game.




[7] Can I have several resorts on one device?


We do not recommend downloading two or more resorts on a device. Each resort has a unique ID which is linked with a device, so if you download another resorton the same device, the previous one can be overwritten and lost forever.




[8] My building has disappeared.


Please check if it’s there again. You might have missed it. If you want to solve this problem, please follow the steps below.
1. Check if you have put the building behind a large one in Edit Mode (tap Edit Mode and select the transparent house icon).
2. Check the tab that stores decorations.
If your building has indeed disappeared, please send the following information to the customer support center: - the building that has disappeared. - the task you did before the incident.




[9] My Gold / Blue Gems are gone.


If your Gold or Blue Gems are gone, please follow the steps below.
1. Check your internet connection and write down your current Gold and Blue Gem amounts.
2. Restart your device and log in to the game.
3. Check the amounts again. Your Gold or Blue Gems might have been recovered in Step 2.
If the problem persists, please send the following information to the customer support center: - the amount of Gold or Blue Gems which have been lost;
- what happened prior to noticing the loss.




[10] My game data has been rolled back.


Your game data might not have been saved due to an unstable network status.
Please follow the steps below in order.
※ Caution: Do not close the game app. Your game data can be lost if you do.
1. Establish a stable network connection.
1-1. Choose a Wi-Fi with a better signal.
1-2. Use mobile data if no Wi-Fi is available. 2. Your game data will be saved automatically once the network connection returns to normal. 3. Make sure your network connection is stable and continue playing.




[2] How can I save my game progress with Game Center - iOS


To save your game progress with iOS you need to choose your Game Center's account. If My Little Paradise has established an internet connection, your progress will be saved automatically. Your game data will not be deleted, even if you remove or reinstall the game. We recommend also to synchronize your game progress with your SNS account which is linked with the game. The current version of the game supports Facebook. If you log in with your SNS account, your game progress will be synchronized automatically. Caution! Your game progress can only be transferred from an Android device to an iOS device through Facebook SNS. Please contact the customer support center if you haven’t linked your town with your SNS and are trying to continue or restore your game progress.




[3] How can I save my game progress with Facebook?


We recommend to synchronize your game progress with your SNS account which is linked with the game. The current version of the game supports Facebook. If you log in with your SNS account, your game progress will be synchronized automatically. Caution! Your game progress can only be transferred from an Android device to an iOS device through Facebook SNS. Please contact the customer support center if you haven’t linked your town with your SNS and are trying to continue or restore your game progress.





In-app Payments

[1] I have bought Blue Gems and Gold, but I didn’t receive them.


Please check your internet connection, as it takes more time to deliver the newly purchased items through an unstable network. If you have lost the item during or right after the purchase, please restart your device and check if you can see the item you’ve bought. If the problem persists, please tap one of the icons in this document to send an inquiry. We need the following information to solve the problem:
1. The exact payment amount of the item.
2. The time purchased.
3. A copy or a screenshot of the receipt or the purchase details. A receipt will be sent to your account e-mail upon purchase. Please check the description of the purchase details in each corresponding section of the Apple, Google or Amazon customer support websites.




[2] My payment can’t be processed. What’s wrong?


If you have purchased something successfully in games or other applications:
1. Internet connection problem: Your network must be stable to process the payment. Wi-Fi or at least a 3G/4G mobile data connection recommended.
2. Temporary problem in Google Play or the App Store: All in-game purchases will be processed within Google Play or the App Store (or the storefront from which you’ve made your purchase). If the store is laggy, please try again in a few minutes.
3. Google Play or App Store app problem: Most problems will be solved if you restart your device.
If you have not purchased anything in games or other applications:
1. Invalid payment information: If you have made a mistake while entering your payment information, cancel it and try again.
2. Payment method which is not supported: Googole Play or the App Store might not support the payment method you’ve selected. A list of available payment methods is in each corresponding section of the Apple, Google or Amazon customer support websites. If the problem persists, contact the customer support center of Google Play or the App Store.




[3] How can I cancel my payment and get a refund?


All purchases will be processed by Google Play or the App Store (or the storefront from which you made your purchase). Please contact the customer support center of Google Play or the App Store for a refund. The time required for the refund can be greatly reduced if you provide them with the necessary information (e.g. order number, time purchased, receipt).




[4] How can I prevent accidental purchases?


My Little Paradise is a Free to Play game, but some elements of the game can be bought with cash. If you want to prevent accidental purchases, please modify your device settings. iOS:
1. Go to device Settings -> General -> Block.
2. Select Activate Blocking
3. Enter a blocking password and press OK. It is a good idea to set a password which is different from your device lock password.
4. You can check the task list and which apps are allowed if the blocking is activated. Turn off the corresponding option if you want to block in-app purchases. If you don’t want to block all in-app purchases, you can modify the options in Password Settings. Deactivate the blocking and move to device Settings -> App Store, iTunes Store -> Password Settings. Android:
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap the menu icon and select Settings.
3. Tap Verification Required upon Purchase.
4.Select one of the verification options.
- Upon every purchase on this device through Google Play: Verification needed upon every purchase in Google Play. (including in-app purchases)
- Every 30 Minutes: Password prompt will be displayed every 30 minutes when purchasing in Google Play. Once you enter the password, you will be fine for 30 minutes.
5. Please follow the guide shown on screen.




[5] Block harmful content from in-app purchases


Purchase verification can be requested if the user is younger than 18 years old and the device is shared by the family. If a message is displayed asking to make a purchase request, the user cannot purchase anything with that device without consent. In this case, please send the purchase request to a guardian or abort the purchase. If a guardian approve the purchase using the card which is registered as shared by the family, the purchase can proceed. If the user has been set as parent / guardian and one of your family members cannot complete a purchase, please follow the steps below.
1. Move to device Settings.
2. iCloud -> Tap Family, and select the family member who cannot complete a purchase.
3. Turn the purchase request feature off and turn it on, then proceed with purchase using the device that sent the purchase request before.




[6] How can I make in-app purchases?


As purchases are made in Google Play or the App Store, the payment method supported by the corresponding store must be used. The App Store:
1. Credit Card and Debit Card
2. Content Code
3. Store Credit, including iTunes or Apple Music Gift Cards
4. PayPal
5. Alipay
6. Mobile Transaction (supported mobile carriers only) Google Play:
1. Credit Card and Debit Card

4. Google Wallet(U.S. and Britain only).

Important: Supported payment methods differ according to the serviced country. Please check Apple and Google Play technical support documents for details.




[7] How can I change my payment method?


You can change it in account settings. App Store:
1. Device Settings -> Open iTunes or the App Store.
2. Tap Apple ID e-mail and select See Apple ID. A message might pop up and tell you to log in to your account.
3. Enter the payment information. If the device is shared by the family, the payment information can only be edited by the leader of the shared members.
4. Modify or delete the information. Select None to delete the payment method.
5. Tap Done.
Important: An approval suspension message may be displayed temporarily for the payment card if you have changed the payment method (iTunes checks if the new payment account is activated during the period). Google Play:
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu -> Account.
3. Payment Method -> See Details in Payment Settings.
4. Enter Google Payments Account if needed.
5. Tap Menu -> Payment Method from the browser.
6. Tap Modify for the selected payment method.
7. Apply the changes and tap Save.





Friends & Player Interaction

[1] How can I add more friends?


There are plenty of ways to do it.
1. Tap the Friend button at the bottom left corner of the screen, and tap Invite a Friend. You can do the following in this tab.
- You can use My User ID, the one you received from another player. Enter the ID and the owner of the ID will be added as your friend for My Little Paradise.
2. Tap the Friend button at the bottom left corner of the screen, and tap the Friend Search tab. Tap the invite button to send an invitation to anyone you want to add as a friend. Invitations sent by other players will be displayed on the tab which has an envelope-shaped icon.
3. If you add a My Little Paradise player as your friend on Facebook, it will also be applied to your in-game friend list.




[2] Some of my in-game friends have disappeared. Why is this happening?


There are some ways to solve this problem.
1. Check if your network connection is stable.
2. Check if you are connected to Facebook.
3. Restart your device. It can be a temporary problem while sending and receiving data. The best way to solve such a problem is to restart your device.
4. Open the game settings and tap Connect to disconnect from Facebook. Then restart your device, run the game app, and connect to Facebook again.
If the problem persists, please follow the description below.
1. Open Facebook with your internet browser.
2. Move to Settings -> App -> Log in with Facebook Account -> In Use
3. Select the game and see if Friend List is checked.4. Restart your device and run the game app. If you don’t see the game on the list in use, your access authority towards Friend List may have expired. Please follow the description below to refresh it. 1. Move to Settings -> App -> Log in with Facebook Account -> Expired.
2. Select the game and tap Refresh Connection. If you still don’t see Friend List, remove the game from the Facebook App List. Your game data will be safe, so don’t worry. 1. Open Facebook with your internet browser.
2. Move to Settings -> App -> Log in with Facebook Account -> In Use.
3. Select the game and tap Remove.
4. Restart your device.
5. Run the game app and connect to Facebook again in game settings. Caution: Both you and your friend must enable Access Facebook Friend List to send and receive Hearts. This setting is mandatory, due to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Even if you have allowed it, your friend must allow it as well in order to view the Friend List.




[3] How can I visit another player’s town?


1. Tap the Friend button at the bottom left corner of the screen. All your friends will be displayed in the pop-up window.
2. Tap the picture of your friend you want to visit.
3. Using the method described in section 2, you can visit a town of a randomly chosen player through the Friend Search tab. The random player list will be refreshed periodically.
There are more ways to visit other players’ towns other than using your friend list.
- Open Club Member List -> Select a Player -> Pay a Visit.
- Open Club Chat -> Tap a message of the member you want -> Pay a Visit.
- Open Ranking -> Select the player you want -> Pay a Visit.




[4] What can I do with Hearts in My Little Paradise?


You can send Hearts to 30 friends every 24 hours. Open your Friend List, select a friend, and tap the Send button below the picture. If you’ve sent a Heart already on that day, the Send button will become a checked heart. Your friends can send you Hearts, too. If one of your friends has sent you a Heart, a hot air balloon with the picture of the sender will be floating above the town. You can tap the hot air balloon to claim the Heart and check who sent it. You can spend Hearts in Willy’s Shop, Waterfall Exploration, etc.




[5] How can I delete a friend from my Friend List?


It depends on the method by which you added the friend.
1. Tap the ‘X’ button at the top left of the player picture to delete a friend (added through the Friend Search tab or My User ID).
2. Remove a friend in Facebook to delete a Facebook friend. The player will be removed from your in-game Friend List automatically.




[6] How can I find out who is in need of help?


Tap the friend icon at the bottom left corner of the screen, and tap the icon with an exclamation point to see a list of all your friends in need of help. If you enter the town of a player in need of help, the help icon will be displayed on the corresponding content (e.g. airplane, ferry, etc.). If you join a club, members will send product requests through the club chat. Tap the Help button if you want to lend a hand.




[7] My Friend Request couldn’t be sent. What should I do?


Up to 10 Friend Requests can be stored. Please cancel old requests from the envelope tab (e.g. requests sent to players who have not responded for a while) and send new ones.




[8] Is there a size limit for my Friend List?


There are two types of in-game friends.
- In-game Friends: Friends added through the Friend Search tab or by entering My User ID. You can add up to 50 of these friends.
- Facebook Friends: Facebook friends can be linked with the game. Although there’s no limit for this type of friend, only 150 friends will be displayed. So don’t worry if your Facebook friend is not on your in-game Friend List. That friend is not among the 150 displayed, that’s all.




[9] How can I write something in the Guest Book?


1. Visit your friend’s resort.
2. Tap the Guest Book icon in the lobby.
3. Tap the pen icon to write something.





Gold, Blue Gems, Tips

[1] Do I need to collect Blue Gems? How can I get those?


Blue Gems are an in-game currency. You can accelerate most game progress with it, including production in your factory or orders placed in your market, and you can also purchase products and materials you need. There are various ways to get Blue Gems.
- Watch Ads.
- Reach the top of the popularity ranking and get them as a reward.
- Participate in club matches and get them as a reward.
- Make in-app purchases in the Shop.




[2] How can I get more Gold?


1. Complete Daily Missions by logging in every day.
2. Complete supervisor missions.
3. Complete achievements.
4. Sell products to customers in your Service Building and open the reward box.
5. Sell products and materials you don’t need in your Trading Post.
6.Join club matches.
7. Watch Ads.
8. Make in-app purchases in the Shop.




[3] I’ve used up all my Gold. What should I do?


- You can sell products in your storage. If your storage is empty, you can order bananas for free. When the products arrive, sell them at your Trading Post.




[4] How can I get more Tips, and where can I use them?


Tips are a type of in-game currency. There’s a chance for you to get them whenever you sell something to a customer. Ways to get Tips are as follows. 1. Sell products to customers in your Service Building and open the reward box.
2. Complete all the daily missions.
3. Participate in My Little Paradise events.
4. Participate in club matches.
5. Watch Ads.
6. Use Blue Gems to get the amount of Tips you need. You can use Tips to purchase various decoration buildings or in Waterfall Exploration.





Orders & Production

[1] How can I receive the product I ordered?


Follow the steps below to place an order.
1. Tap your Market or Factory.
2. Tap the material you need.
3. If you need more of that material, tap multiple times.
You will be able to obtain the product once production or the order is complete.
1. Tap your Market or Factory. Produced products will be displayed at the top.
2. Do not release your finger and keep dragging the obtainable products.
3. You can tap and collect only the products you need.




[2] How can I expand the Order Slots?


Slots in the Farmer’s Market will be unlocked based on level. Slots in other Markets or Factories can be expanded with Blue Gems. 1. Tap the Market or Factory where you want to expand slots.
2. Tap the rightmost one of the production slots that has a Blue Gem displayed on it.

[3] How can I make products?


First you must place orders for the materials needed. Each product has a different set of materials needed. Follow the steps below if you have collected all the necessary materials.
1. Tap your Factory.
2. Tap the products you want to make and start the production process.
3. Tap multiple times to set production schedules for additional quantity.




[4] Why do some products take more time to produce?


Some products are expensive and thus take more time to produce. Use Hourglasses to speed them up or Blue Gems to complete them instantly.




[5] My Storage is full. How can I store new products?


You can upgrade your Storage to store more things.
1. Tap the Upgrade button at the bottom of the Storage screen.
2. Collect the necessary construction materials or purchase them with Blue Gems.
3. Tap the Expansion button.
You can sell things you don’t need at your Trading Post to free up some space.
1. Tap the Trading Post.
2. Tap the things you want to sell.
3. Select quantity.
4. Tap Sell.





Building & Expansion

[1] Where can I find Tools that can be used to expand the area?


You need materials if you want to expand the area. Follow the steps below to collect the materials for expansion.
1. Cyndi comes back with materials for expansion when you perform Trading by Airplane.
2. Visit your Trading Post. You will occasionally be able to purchase materials for expansion.
3. Start the Waterfall Exploration. Gold, Tips or Blue Gems are require for that, but you can do it for free once every day.
4. You can purchase materials from Willy’s Shop.
5. Participate in club matches. You will be able to get materials as ranking rewards.
6. You can purchase what you need with Blue Gems.




[2] Some materials are hard to come by. Why?


Because Cyndi brings random materials. If you have some materials you need, you can get them from Waterfall Explorations, club matches, or from purchasing them from the Shop.




[3] How can I upgrade my Factory?


You need to build a Refinery to upgrade your Factory. Tap the Upgrade button at the bottom right and check the list of Factories available to upgrade. The attributes that can be upgraded with ingots are as follows: - Product sales income
- XP earned from making products
- Production time reduction
- Chance to get completed products as a bonus You can not keep upgrading one attribute. All attributes need to be upgraded gradually to unlock the next upgrade. The higher the Factory level, the more upgradable attributes there are. The higher the upgrade level is, the more ingots you must produce. [4] How can I relocate the buildings in my resort?


Use Edit Mode. Tap and hold a building to enter the Edit Mode. You will be able to rotate or place the building on an empty area. Use Town Edit Mode to relocate your town or add paths. Tap the button at the bottom right corner to enter the Town Edit Mode.




[5] Can I hide buildings while editing my town?


Enter the Edit Mode (right above the Construction Menu at the bottom right) -> and tap the House icon (at the bottom) -> You can hide your buildings. Only the spaces for your buildings and decorations will be displayed in this mode so that you can see the ground while editing paths.




[6] Can I remove buildings?


Of course, but some buildings cannot be removed. Only the ones available for sale can be removed. Buildings able to be sold:
- Decoration
- Service Buildings
Caution! Buildings which have been sold already cannot be restored. Buildings unable to be sold:
- Factory
- Buildings purchased from events.




[7] How can I upgrade my resort grade?


Your resort grade is represented by a Roman number in the middle of the top screen.
You need to level up the resort grade by collecting clover points. Level up your resort grade will allow you to expand areas.
To collect clover points you must buy Service Buildings and Decorative Items.





Mine & Factory

[1] How can I get Oxygen, which is needed for mine tasks?


Oxygen needed for mine tasks will be replenished over time. The ways to get more Oxygen are as follows: 1. Cyndi will bring Oxygen via Trading by Airplane.
2. There’s a chance to get Oxygen from the mine.
3. You can purchase as much Oxygen as you want with Blue Gems.




[2] Where can I find the ore I’ve collected?


All the ore you collect from the mine will be found in your Storage. To open it, go to the mine and tap the box image at the bottom left corner. Check the amount of ore you own in this window. You can sell a portion of your ore if you want. There’s no storage limit for your ore.




[3] How can I get ingots?


1. Collect ore from the mine (unlocked at Level 15) and build a Refinery to create ingots with the ore you collect. 2. You can purchase them from Willy’s Shop.
3. You can pay a visit to your friend’s town and get them.
4. Participate in club matches and get ingots as a reward.
5. You can purchase as many ingots as you want with Blue Gems.




[4] What can I do with ingots?


1. You can use ingots to upgrade your Factories or Service Buildings, increasing their efficiency.
2. If you carry ingots while bringing seafood, there’s a greater chance to get some products or treasure chests.





Trading by Airplane

[1] What should I do at the airport?


You must load 3 the boxes in the top row within a certain period of time. The more goods you load in the cargo hold, the better the reward. If you have loaded the 3 products in the top row, your airplane can be sent anytime you want. The best reward is guaranteed only if your cargo hold is full. If your airplane takes off, it will be on cooldown until the next flight becomes available. You can check the next order information from the airport. [2] I loaded my cargo on the plane. But there was no reward. Why is that?


You must send your plane before the time runs out to be rewarded. In addition, you must fill all the boxes to receive the reward.

If you use emulators to run My Little Paradise from your desktop, there may be performance or other issues during gameplay. We are sorry to say that we cannot provide support on this matter. Emulators are not considered as abuse. However, smart phones or tablets are recommended for My Little Paradise.

1. Please check if the master sound is on in the game settings.
2. Try restarting the game if all the settings are fine and you still don’t hear any sound.

Log in to the game and open your profile in the lobby. A window will be displayed showing a list of available pictures. Models equivalent to or older than the iPhone 8, iPad, iPod Touch:
1. Press the power and home buttons simultaneously.
2. Hold for a few seconds and release the buttons.
3. Open the camera roll to check the screenshot.

1. Press and hold the button on the right side.
2. Simultaneously press the volume up button on the left side with it and release your fingers.
3. A preview of the screenshot will be displayed on the bottom left of the screen. Android:

1. Please check if your network is stable. If your network is overloaded or out of order, the connection can be unstable regardless of the information displayed. Please contact your ISP in such a case.
2. Please use a Wi-Fi connection if you are using a wireless connection. A stable Wi-Fi or 3G/4G connection is recommended.
3. Try restarting your device or the game.
If the problem persists, check if other apps are working fine. If there are similar symptoms in other apps, your internet connection might be the problem.

[5] Who is considered an illegal user, and why are they banned?


Anyone who uses unauthorized means to take precedence over others is considered an illegal user, as they have violated the Terms of Service and fair play policy of Bucketplay. We can detect any and all illegal activities, and the corresponding user can be penalized. 1. Bucketplay will ban users who have done any of the following activities:
- Installing an unauthorized version of My Little Paradise
- Using 3rd party software that affects gameplay (earning in-game currency or resources, etc.)
- Purchasing in-game resources (including Blue Gems) from sources other than the in-game shop 2. Bucketplay has the authority to reset the results of the illegal activities. The following cases can be considered as, but not limited to, illegal activities.
- Bug abuse. Unusually fast progress, violating in-game rules. Altering gameplay methods.

[6] Illegal Transaction or Sale of In-game Resources/Currency


Transaction or sale of in-game resources and currencies by 3rd parties who are not authorized by Bucketplay is illegal. If you purchase in-game resources and currencies from 3rd party websites or apps, the following problems might occur.
- Loss of game account and game progress
- Loss of bank data access authority
- Illegal purchases using stolen player data Caution! We do not allow fraud. Data access authority for the accounts that are involved with such activities will never be restored. The accounts that are involved with illegal activities will not be able to use social features. Don’t worry if you have been mistakenly penalized as an illegal user. All the penalties will be removed once you are proven innocent.




[7] Selling or trading accounts with other players


is considered fraud. It can never be safe or guaranteed:
- You might not be able to get the account and waste your money
- The account purchased might be used by multiple players
- The social features of the account purchased might already be banned for performing illegal activities
It is never safe if you purchase such an account.
- We do not provide support for accounts that have been hacked to make a profit
- Exclusive authority on data will not be available for the seller Please remember that the developers of My Little Paradise are not responsible for illegal account purchases.




[8] I’ve found an abuser. What should I do?


We do not allow abuse and always check all your reports. Please contact us through our SNS homepage or customer support. Please send us the following information when you report suspicious activity:
1. Town name, level, and club name, if necessary, of the player. (an attached screenshot would be much appreciated)
2. The reason why you think the player has performed an illegal activity
3. A screenshot as proof The following description might back up your suspicion, so please mention one or more items when you send the report:
- Lobby information does not match the resort level.
- The town is a lot different from other towns of the same level (e.g. all the expandable contents have been unlocked, even if the town level is low).
- There are numerous identical decorations which can only be purchased with Blue Gems.
- The town seems to be abandoned, but the player is active all the time. The cases listed above may not be the direct evidence of illegal activity. Please use your best judgment and game experience before sending a report.




[9] I’ve been wrongfully accused of abuse!


There are many ways of abusing the game rules and using illegal methods to take advantage of the situation. Towns of abusers and illegal users will be completely and permanently banned. If a system message appears on the screen of a user saying that the user is an abuser, the user will not be able to play with that town anymore and will have to start anew. If you think you’ve been wrongfully accused, please contact the customer support center. All your game progress will be restored once you are proven innocent. There are no official add-ons or apps (neither free nor paid) which speed up or ease the gameplay of My Little Paradise. And we do not entrust the authority to sell in-game resources or currencies to other companies.




[10] I found some offensive language in a player’s town. What should I do?


My Little Paradise has a special filter that prevents offensive or inappropriate resort names, but some might find a way to bypass it. Inappropriate content can be an image on the player list or a player's avatar (SNS avatar, etc.). If you have found such inappropriate content, please contact the customer support center. It will be much appreciated if you attach the following information:
- A screenshot of the inappropriate content.
- A screenshot of the player’s resort name (or you can just type it).

There are four types of club positions, which are described below:

  • Chairman: Can be obtained when a club is established or delegated to an existing Chairman.
  • Vice-Chairman: Acquired if appointed by the Chairman, and can use the same authority as the Chairman.
  • Officers: Can be appointed by the president or vice president.
  • Member: Basic ranks given to users who join the club.

The authority is different between the Club’s members. It depends on your rank in the Club.

  • Chairman: change member’s rank, expulsion, settings, invitation, approval, ability to send message/notice to members
  • Vice-chairman: change member’s rank, expulsion, settings, invitation, approval, ability to send message/notice to members
  • Executive: invitation, approval
  • Member: no rights
* The Chairman may change or remove the rank of all club members. However, if you grant the position of Chairman, you will be changed to Vice-Chairman automatically. * The Vice-Chairman may change or remove the position below the Vice-President.

Click on the Chatting icon on the left of the screen. Club members can use the Chatting room for different purposes.

  1. Chatting 1-1. Discuss and share information with the other Club members. 1-2. When you use the chat: chat content. writing time and nickname are shown.   2. Request Products 2-1. Request Products to your Club members and help them when they need products. 2-2. After requesting a Product there is a cool time: 4H. The request products' number is fixed. 3. Request Help 3-1. When you request help at the Airplane and Ferry. Help request will appear automatically in the chatting room.

In the Club Office - Click on the Message icon. It is used as a notice board, all your Club members can see it.

  • Only the Chairman and Vice-chairman can use the message option
  • Use to send a notice to your Club members: event and announcement.
  • After sending a message, you have to wait for 12hours to send another one




[9] How to play Club Mission?


Register a Scroll at the Club Mission Office, or choose a mission in a Scroll previously registered by your Club members.

- Accomplish missions through the Club Mission Office’s right side.

- Minimum level12 is required to play Club Mission.

- You have 3 missions’ attempts per day, additional missions attempts can be purchased with Blue gems.

- You can do one mission at a time.

- Mission difficulty and rewards are in proportion to the user’s level. For the same Scroll, the missions’ difficulty may vary depending on the user’s level.

- When you give up a mission, you will not receive any Club points and rewards. Also, for a certain amount of time, all of your Club members will not be able to achieve this mission.

- You can complete missions by yourself without joining a Club, but achieving Club Missions with your members will get you more Rewards.




[10] Detailed information about the Scrolls


You have to obtain Scrolls to complete Club missions. They can be found at the Ferry, Airport and Service Building gift box.
1. Where to get Scrolls
- When a special Ferry has arrived, fill up all the boxes to be certain to obtain a Scroll.
- Scrolls might appear at the Airport and Service Building gift box (random). 2. Scroll grade
- There are 5 different Scrolls: old/basic/high-class/rare/legendary.
- By using Blue gems, you can upgrade Scrolls.
- The higher the Scroll grade, the higher mission difficulty and Rewards will be.
- The number of missions to be completed varies depending on the Scroll grade (Old=2, Basic=3, High-class: 4, Rare: 5, Legendary: 6).
- Club members can obtain Scrolls above the Basic Scroll while non-members cannot obtain Legendary Scroll. 3. Scroll Stock
- Check your Scroll Stock at the Club Mission Office > Scroll Stock (top left).
- When you obtain Scrolls, they are placed in the Scroll Stock.
- By default, you can stock up to 4 Scrolls. You can expand available slots by using Blue gems.
- Click on the Scroll and choose to register/upgrade/delete.
- When all missions are completed, the opened Scroll will be placed back to your Scroll Stock. 4. Temporary Scroll Stock
- If there is no slot available for Scrolls, additional Scrolls will be placed in a temporary Scroll Stock.
- Click on the Scroll in the temporary Scroll Stock and choose to change with another Scroll.
- Scrolls in the temporary Scroll Stock will disappear automatically after a period of time. 5. Register a Scroll
- At the Club Mission Office, 4 Scrolls can be registered at the same time.
- After the Scroll registration, missions must be completed within the time limit. When the time limit is up, the Scroll will disappear.
- When a Club member registers a Scroll, Club members can share the missions.
- A non-club player can register Scrolls by himself and do missions alone. But if the non-club player joins a Club after registering Scrolls, all registered Scrolls will disappear. 6. Delete Scroll
- Registered scrolls can be deleted by the Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
- A non-club player can delete by himself the registered scrolls.
- Scrolls placed in the Scroll Stock can be deleted by Club members and non-club players.

After achieving each Scroll’s missions you will get a Reward and also when all missions will be completed you will receive a Scroll Reward.

- Get a personal reward after completing one of the missions
- Personal reward can be obtained by completing missions, the rewards are Club Coins.
- The reward content is determined in proportion to the level of the scroll, the difficulty of the mission, and the level of the user.
2. Scroll Reward
- When all missions are completed, the Scroll will open.
- The opened Scroll will be placed in your Scroll Stock.
- Click on the opened Scroll, click “claim” to receive the Rewards.
- All club members who have participated in the missions will receive Rewards.
- The reward content is determined in proportion to the level of the scroll, the difficulty of the mission, and the level of the user. 3. Club’s Goal
- Club’s Goal takes place for 5 days. After the Event is finished there is a 2 days break in order to prepare for the next Club’s Goal.
- Club points are accumulated and depending on your global club points all Club members will receive a certain amount of Rewards.
- Club points are earned when all missions in a Scroll are completed.
- When the Event is finished, all Club members will receive a Reward.
- New Club members who have joined a Club during the Club’s Goal Event time will not receive the Club’s Goal reward.




[12] How to use the Club Shop?


At the Club Shop there are many items to buy: Booster coupons, random gift box, fresh marine products and more.
The items can be purchased with Club Coins.

- Club Shop will be opened after level 12.
- Club Coins can be obtained by completing Club Missions.
- Club Shop is renewed every week.
- Booster coupons are useful because they allow applying the booster effect right away, without having to use any Fireworks.

■ Club activity points

Earn Club activity points through several Club activities.

  • Club activity points can be earned by completing club mission, helping club members at airplane and ferry, giving products through the product request help (club chat).
  • Club activity points are calculated in proportion to the difficulty of the club activity
  • Additions about club activity points will be made in the future. Stay tuned!

■ Club Leader Board

Check your ranking through the Leader Board tab in the Club Office.

  • Check your overall Club activity score, club mission points, and help points.

■ Club Title
Every week Club titles will be awarded.

  • Every Monday (GMT +0) the overall weekly activity score will be calculated and titles will be given to the 1st member of each category.
  • Superstar: highest title. Awarded to the member with the highest total activity score (club mission + help members).
  • Great explorer: awarded to the member with the highest club mission activity score.
  • The helper: awarded to the member with the highest help members activity score.
  • Each title is awarded only once according to the ranking: Super Star > Great explorer > The helper
  • If scores are the same, the player who achieved first the highest score will be awarded.
  • If the 1st place in each category is obtained by the same member, the 2nd member in the ranking will be awarded.
  • Additions will be made in the future. Stay tuned!

Click on the Wharf.   1. Send your boats. 1-1. You can send up to 3 boats. 1-2. Each boat will come back with different marine Products. 2. Ingots at the Wharf 2-1. Fireworks Launcher

[1] What is the Fireworks Launcher?


By using the Fireworks Launcher, you will be able to use a variety of booster effects in your resort. It’s a very nice way to manage your resort more effectively.
Fireworks can be obtained at the Ferry and can be purchased at the Club Store.
The Fireworks Launcher is available from level 20.

1. How to get Fireworks?
- Fill up all the boxes at the Ferry to get random Fireworks.
- Fireworks can be purchased at the Club Shop with Club Coins. 2. Types of Fireworks and Booster
- There are 3 types of Fireworks: Red firework, Blue firework, Green firework.
- Depending on the Firework type, the effect will be different.
- Red Firework: Increase chances to get products (Market, Factory, Wharf, Mine)
- Blue Firework: Reduce time (Market, Factory, Airplane, Wharf, Ferry)
- Green Firework: Increase amount (Gold, Tips, Experience points, Ferry, Shooting Stars)





1st Anniversary Event

1st Anniversary Event Guide


1st Anniversary Event will be held from March, 23rd to April, 19th.
The event will be available for players from level 10. Players will have to upgrade an anniversary cake by collecting event ingredients and will receive Rewards.
1. Event ingredients
1-1. Types and how to get them Lina's Love: serve customers Gerold's Gratitude: Airport, Wharf Loyd's Joy: Ferry, Help friends&Club members (not applicable when helping club member in the chat room for requested products)
1-2. Where to check: click on the Event building (cake) to check how many event ingredients you have.
1-3. Storage time: when the Event will be finished, all ingredients will disappear. Event ingredients are not applicable to the Market and help friends' contents. 2. Upgrade
2-1. How to play: click on the island on the right side of the lobby. Collect the event ingredients to do the upgrades.
2-2. Details: There are 5 upgrade stages, after upgrading the last decoration stage (stage 5), the upgrades will keep going up. You can continue the Event as much as you want during the Event time period. As the stages go up, the number of upgrades will increase. Ex) stage0=2times, stage1=3times. As the stages go up, the number of Event ingredients and required time will increase. 3. Reward
3-1. Basic Reward: For each upgrade done, players will receive a reward (one of them: gold+ingots or Heart or Hourglass or Bluegem)
3-2. Stage 5 Reward: At stage 5, after completing all upgrades, players will receive the 1st anniversary cake as a decoration item.
3-3. End Reward: Players will receive the 1st anniversary cake corresponding at the stage reached. For example, if you reached stage 3, you will receive the 1st anniversary cake stage 3. Also, Event ingredients will be exchanged for gold.

How to play Bingo Quest?


Click on the Bingo icon on the left of the screen. Earn rewards each time after completing a quest. 1. How to complete BINGO FUN

1-3. After completing the quest, click on the quest you just completed on the Bingo card

Click on the gift icon (My Shop) on the bottom left of your Shop. 1. My Shop
- Available from level 26
- Event theme items that have been sold in the last 3 months only will appear randomly
- Per day, 3 types of items will appear and can only be purchased one time
- The list will be renewed every day
- Service Building and decorating items will appear (not included: fences, tiles, walls, and path)

- Discounts from 10% to 50% will randomly be applied
- Discounts are applied individually for each item
