Minimum Requirements


We recommend playing on devices with at least 3GB RAM for optimal performance. The minimum requirements are as follows: Please note that the minimum requirements can be changed in the future.
- Android version 6 / 2.5GB RAM
- iOS version 14 / 2GB RAM (from iPhone 6s; iPad Air 2; iPad Mini 4; iPad 5)
- 800MB of free space
- Stable internet connection ※ Important: We strongly recommend playing with a device that meets the minimum system requirements. Please check your device settings or ask the manufacturer for details.





Update

How can I update the game?


When an update is available, open the App Store or Google Play Store → Search My Little Paradise → Click the update button. iOS device:
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap the Update icon at the bottom panel.
3. Available updates will be displayed. Tap the Update button right next to the update description to download the update. ※ If you cannot update the game with the method described above, please read the following.
1. Search My Little Paradise in the App Store search bar and try updating the game.
2. If no updates are displayed, open the App Store update tab and pull the screen downward to refresh it. In your device settings, you can also turn on automatic updates:
Go to Settings → Tap App Store - Turn on App Updates.  ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄
Android device:
1. Open the Play Store app.
2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner, and then My applications and games.
3. Find the game name in the list and tap it.
4. Tap Update when the game page opens. You can also adjust your device settings to automatically download updates:
1. Open the Play Store app.
2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner.
3. Go to the Settings section.
4. Tap Auto-update apps.
5. Choose one of the following:
- Auto-update apps at any time. Updates will be downloaded via both Wi-Fi and your mobile network.
- Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only. Updates will only start downloading when your device has a Wi-Fi connection.




Where can I find the update information?


You can check the update details on the App Store or Google Play Store, and on My Little Paradise Official Facebook page. - App Store or Google Play Store: check the New Features section description.
- iOS: All the previous game updates information is available in the Version Records section of the App Store or in Display All Versions of iTunes.
- Check the latest news updates on My Little Paradise Official Facebook page.




[Android] The game doesn’t work after the update


Please follow the instructions below if the game doesn’t work. ▶ Delete your game data (※ Important)
Settings - Application - My Little Paradise - Storage - Delete Data and open the game again
▶ Free up space until you have at least 800MB free space and download/update/reopen the game
▶ Update Google Play Games: Play Store - Search for ‘google play games’ - Install or update
▶ Remove the game and reinstall it
▶ Check your Android version: Open your device's Settings → Tap About Phone → Tap Android Version ※ Important
Don’t forget to link your game with Google Play Game/Sign in with Apple, and/or Facebook before removing the game app.





Account Reset & Deregistration

How can I link my account and where can I check my link situation?


Open My Little Paradise Game option. At the bottom, you can see the connection link buttons. Tap on these buttons to link or cancel the connection link. Follow the steps below to check your link situation. 1. Google Play link account info:
Open Play Games app → on the upper right corner, click ... to open the settings → search for an email address where "Sign in to games with this account" in the Profile and Privacy tab is turned on.
* *If 'Sign in to games with this account' is turned off, click on your email account under your nickname at the top to check if it is turned on with a different account. 2. Facebook link account info:
Open Facebook app → Click the ≡ button in the upper right corner → Check the account information in 'See your profile' 3. Game Center link account info:
Open your device Settings → Click Game Center → Check your email account under the Game Center tab → Link to the same email account.




I want to reset my account.


Remove all progression links and reinstall the game to start from the beginning. 1. Open My Little Paradise and remove the progression connection link

My resort progress is gone. How can I restore it?


If you have previously linked your game, you can load your progression by selecting the connection link method in the login window. Link progression methods supported:

- Facebook Please check below how to load your game progress. ■ From a Facebook account
1. Login again with the Facebook account that you have linked.
1-1) Install and open the 'Facebook' app

1-4) Select the Facebook account linked to the game account to login again 2. Please reinstall the game. 3. After launching My Little Paradise, log in with Facebook and select your Facebook account.
■ From a Google Play account
1. Log in with the account linked in the Play Games app.

1-3) At the top, under your nickname, click on your email account ID

2-5) Click 'Storage'

I want to erase my account.


Please follow the steps to erase your account: 1. Open My Little Paradise and remove the progression connection link

How to load my previous resort with Google Play?

Friends & Player Interaction

How can I add more friends?


You can add friends through the "Making friends", "Recommended friends" tab or by searching your friend user ID. 1. Add a friend with the user ID:
Click on the "Friends" icon at the left bottom screen → click on the icon with a magnifying glass next to user ID → enter your friend's ID. 2. Add a friend while visiting his/her resort:
Visit your friend's resort → click on the "add friend" icon at the left upper screen. 3. Add a friend through the "recommended friends" tab
Click on the "Friends" icon at the left bottom screen → click on the 4th tab "recommended friends" → click on the shake hands icon. 4. Add a friend through the "making friends" tab
Click on the "Friends" icon at the left bottom screen → click on the 5th tab "making friends" → click on the check icon.




How can I visit other players' resort?


Click on your friends' profile or in the Ranking or Club to visit his/her resort. - Click on the "Friends" icon at the left bottom screen → click on your friend's profile
- Click on the Lobby → click on the 5th tab "ranking" → click on the visit button
- Open your Club members list → click on the visit button
- Open the club chat → tap your friend's message → click on the visit button




What can I do with Hearts?


You can get hearts by receiving them from your friends or by evaluating other players' resorts. You can use hearts to buy useful things in Willy's Shop. 1. Give hearts to your friends:
- Click on the "Friends" icon at the left bottom screen → click on the heart icon at the bottom of your friend's profile.
*you can give hearts up to 30 friends per day. 2. Receive the hearts given by your friends:
Click on the floating Heart Airship on the right of the Lobby. 3. Get hearts by evaluating other players' resort:
Click on the Promotion board → click on the 2nd tab "Rate the resort" → visit and rate other resorts. 4. Willy's Shop:
Willy's Shop is next to the Trading Post → purchase various items with the hearts.




How can I remove friends?


Click on the X button to remove your friends from your list.
Click on the "Friends" icon at the left bottom screen → Click on the X button.




How can I find out who needs help?


There're 2 ways to check who needs help: 1. Check "A friend in need" tab:
Click on the "Friends" icon at the left bottom screen → click on the 1st tab "A friend in need" → click on your friend's profile → in your friend's resort look for the yellow exclamation point. 2. Check the club chat:
Open the club chat → give the requested products or visit your club member's resort → in your club member's resort look for the yellow exclamation point.




My friend request couldn't be sent. What should I do?


You can send up to 10 friends requests. In the "Making friends" tab, please cancel old friends requests, and send new ones.
- Click on the "Friends" icon at the left bottom screen → click on the 5th tab "Making friends" → click on the X to cancel your friend requests.




How many friends can I have?


You can have up to 50 friends.




How can I write in the Guest Book?


After visiting a player's resort you can leave a messages in his/her guestbook. You can also erase message written in your Guest Book. 1. Write a message in other players' Guest Book:
Visit other's resorts → Click on the Lobby → write your message and click on the green pen icon. 2. Erase a message from your Guest Book:
Click on your Lobby → click the 4th tab "Guest Book" → click on the red bin icon.





Game Progression

How to save my game progress?


We recommend linking your game progress with one of the method below.
You will be able to restore your game progress if you change your device, or if you reinstall the game.
1. How to save my game progress:
Click on the in-game option, click on the linking button to link or remove your account. 2. Link with Google Play
- Open the 'Play Game' app → On the upper right, open the settings by clicking on the button ... → In the Profile & Privacy tab turn on 'Sign in to the games with this account'
*If 'Sign in to games with this account' is turned off, click on your email account under your nickname at the top to check if it is turned on with a different account. 3. Link with Facebook
Open the 'Facebook' app → Click the upper right ≡ button → Click "See your profile" to check your account info 4. Link with Game Center
Open your device's settings → Click Game Center → Check your email account under the Game Center tab → Link to the same email account. ※ Important note:
If you have played as a Guest or have not linked your account, unfortunately, we cannot retrieve your account.

An item has disappeared.


First, please check again in your Storage. Check each category: ingredients, dishes, ingots, and expansion items.
Please make sure to play with a stable internet connection. Some items may disappear due to a bad internet connection or if the game closes suddenly.

How can I transfer my game progress to another device?


You can transfer your game progress to another device if you have previously linked the game with Facebook/Google Play/Game Center/Sign in with Apple.
However, if you previously played with "Guest" mode please note that we cannot retrieve your game progress.

Can I share the same resort among several devices?


It is possible to play with one resort on different devices. However, you cannot play with the same resort on different devices at the same time.
Also, you have to mak sure that:
- Your game is linked with Facebook / Google Play / Game Center / Sign in with Apple.
- The game version on each device must be up to date.
※ Important note:
Game progress can be sent between iOS and Android devices only via Facebook.




A building has disappeared


First, please check your Stash. If the building cannot be found in your Stash, please look carefully if it's not hidding behind a large building.
Please make sure to play with a stable internet connection. Some items may disappear due to a bad internet connection or if the game closes suddenly.

Some currency has disappeared


Check the following steps if you lost Gold, Blue Gems, Shooting Stars etc..
1. Make sure to have a stable internet connection, and check your actual currency amount. 2. Close completely the game from your device background, and restart My Little Paradise. 3. Check again your currency amount. Please make sure to play with a stable internet connection. Some items may disappear due to a bad internet connection or if the game closes suddenly.

My game progress has been rolled back


Your game progress might not have been saved due to an unstable network connection.
In this case, it is difficult to restore the possible loss.

In-app purchases

I didn't receive my purchase. What should I do?


Please make sure to have a stable internet connection before making any purchases. If you didn't receive the package due to an unstable connection, please restart your device and check if you can see the package. If you still didn't receive the package, please contact our support team. We will do our best to help you!
In-game option → support → payment error.




I can't make purchases. What's wrong?


We recommend you to contact directly the App Store or Google Play Store support team. If you have successfully made purchases in the game or other applications:
1. Internet connection problem: Your internet connection must be stable during your purchases. Stable Wi-Fi or 3G/4G mobile data is recommended.
2. Temporary problem in Google Play Store or the App Store: all in-game purchases are processed within Google Play Store or the App Store. If for some reason the store is laggy, please try again after few hours.
3. Google Play or App Store app problem: usually solved by restarting your device.
If you never made purchases in the game or other applications:
1. Invalid payment information: cancel your payment information and try again.
2. Unsupported payment method: The list of available payment methods can be found in the corresponding sections of the App Store and Google Play Store.




Can I cancel my purchases and get a refund?


Refund requests will be generally processed by Google Play or the App Store. Please contact Google Play or the App Store support team.
The time required for a refund can be greatly reduced if you provide useful information (e.g. order number, time of your purchase, receipt).




How can I prevent accidental purchases?


You can modify your device settings to prevent accidental purchases. ■ iOS device:
1. Go to Settings > Screen Time, then tap Turn on Screen Time.
2. Tap Continue, then choose "This is My [device]" or "This is My Child's [device]."
3. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
4. Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases.
5. Tap In-app Purchases and set to Don't Allow. ■ Android device:
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap the menu icon and select Settings.
3. Tap Verification Required upon Purchase.
4. Select one of the verification options.
- Upon every purchase on this device through Google Play: Verification is needed upon every purchase in Google Play. (including in-app purchases)
- Every 30 Minutes: Password prompt will be displayed every 30 minutes when purchasing in Google Play. Once you enter the password, you will be fine for 30 minutes.
5. Please follow the guide shown on the screen.




[iOS] How to use Share purchases with your family? (players under 18yrs old)


When you turn on purchase sharing, everyone in your family gets access to apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books that family members buy. The family organizer is billed for family members' purchases.
If you want kids/teens to get permission before they make a purchase, turn on Ask to Buy.
How to start Family Purchases:
1. If you haven't set up Family Sharing yet, set up Family Sharing.
2. Open the Settings app.
3. Tap your name, then tap Family Sharing.
4. Tap Purchase Sharing.
5. Tap Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
6. To see which payment method will be billed, tap Purchase Sharing again and look at the Shared Payment Method information.




How can I make in-app purchases?


As purchases are made in Google Play or the App Store, the payment method supported by the corresponding store must be used. ■ App Store:
1. Credit Card and Debit Card
2. Content Code
3. Store Credit, including iTunes or Apple Music Gift Cards
4. PayPal
5. Alipay
6. Mobile Transaction (supported mobile carriers only) ■ Google Play:
1. Credit Card and Debit Card

4. Google Wallet(U.S. and Britain only).
5. PayPal (some countries) ※ Important note:
Supported payment methods differ according to the serviced country. Please check Apple and Google Play technical support documents for details.




How can I change my payment method?


You can change it in account settings. ■ App Store:
1. Device Settings → Open iTunes or the App Store.
2. Tap Apple ID e-mail and select See Apple ID. A message might pop up and tell you to log in to your account.
3. Enter the payment information. If the device is shared by the family, the payment information can only be edited by the leader of the shared members.
4. Modify or delete the information. Select None to delete the payment method.
5. Tap Done.
※ Important note:
An approval suspension message may be displayed temporarily for the payment card if you have changed the payment method (iTunes checks if the new payment account is activated during the period). ■ Google Play:
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu → Account.
3. Payment Method → See Details in Payment Settings.
4. Enter Google Payments Account if needed.
5. Tap Menu → Payment Method from the browser.
6. Tap Modify for the selected payment method.
7. Apply the changes and tap Save.
